UPI Quality Training
UPI is a compounding pharmacy that fosters a learning organization throughout the company where new ideas are embraced and continuous improvement is a philosophy. In addition to the extensive new employee training that is completed within the first 6 months of employment, we provide company-wide training on a weekly basis. We dedicate 8 hours a month to company-wide training. This training consists of GMPs, USP, clean room processes, quality management, quality audits, and customer service.
All laboratory pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are certified in Aseptic Techniques.
UPI Quality Service
Each customer receives one-of-a-kind service. A dedicated account executive is assigned to every client-partner. This account executive will understand the buying patterns, specialties, and individual needs for each customer. For your convenience, orders can be placed via online ordering system, phone, fax, or email. Express 222, our online Controlled Substance Ordering System, is easy to use and saves you the headache of the controlled substance paper transaction.
Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST). However, you will notice your account executive has their personal cell phone number on their business card for your convenience. UPI provides a dedicated phone line to reach a pharmacist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
